The 7th Congress of the Communist Party of Cuba (PCC) closed a little later 11.00 a.m. (Havana time) which was marked by remarkable facts, among them the presence of the Historic Leader of the Cuban Revolution, Fidel Castro Ruz, who addressed the audience; and the re-election of Raul Castro Ruz and Jose Ramon Machado Ventura, as First and Second PCC Secretaries, respectively.
In the closing of the 7th Congress was presented the new PCC Politburo, its Secretariat and its Central Committee
Raul Castro Ruz closed the top event of the Communist Party of Cuba (PCC).
The PCC Politburo is made up of:

-Marta Ayala Avila, deputy directress of the Centro de Ingenieria Genetica y biotecnologia (Center of Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology).
